Terms and Conditions of Sale: PAYMENT ON COLLECTION

Refunds will not be given for any reasons, if any issues with your trailer please contact our office immediately.

A 20% deposit is required to proceed with the order. No refund is given if the order is cancelled for any reason. If order is completed and trailers are not collected within 2 weeks a storage fee will apply.

Acceptable payments include Credit cards plus (2% Surcharge), Eftpos, Cash, Internet Transfer and Direct Deposit.

If full payment is not made or payment is cancelled and no attempt is made to repay debt, Mario Trailers will repossess the goods to recover the outstanding debt.

The purchaser agrees to provide access to any premises or business where Mario Trailers believes the goods might be held or located to enable full recovery of debt.

All goods and trailers remain the property of Mario Trailers until payment is made in full.

12 months Manufacturer’s Warranty on all brand new trailers only. (Warranty is excluded if trailer or goods are sold as second-hand or used)
