We anticipate that the purchases that our customers make will meet their expectations of quality, function and design. If, however, a customer should require warranty they must retain their invoice and trailer must be presented to any of our showroom factories.A customer can seek warranty under certain circumstances, commonly referred to as the right to repair or replace. All goods distributed by the company are guaranteed against defective parts or workmanship.

- 12 Months Manufacturer’s Warranty on all brand new Trailers only. (Warranty does not cover rust, mistreatment, damaged or misused.)
- Warranty is excluded if Trailer or goods are sold as second-hand or used.)
- If you have any issues or Warranty Claims, contact our offices immediately. Trailer must be returned to our factory in Auburn for inspection or repairs.

  • Trailer not being what they had ordered.
  • Manufactured incorrectly or any Parts missing.
  • Damaged arising from faulty or incorrect fitting
  • Subjecting to misused, neglect or accident, including causes external to the product.
  • Altered in such manner as to affect adversely its performance, stability or reliability.
  • Subject to environment stress (rust)
  • Used for any purpose other than for what it is designed.
  • Customers have simply changed their minds about the goods
  • No longer required reasons
  • Goods were damaged after the customer bought them.
  • A customer has no proof of purchase, i.e. the customer does not have their invoice.
  • Wear & tear, rust or inflicted damaged
  • The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages.
  • Where applicable, this liability will not exceed the manufactures’ warranty.
  • This warranty only becomes operative upon payment in full of the purchase price thereof for the period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase.
  • Customer has 12 months after purchasing trailer to seek any issues or problems to be rectified on trailer they have purchased. After 12 months Mario Trailers Pty Ltd does not take any responsibilities if customer claims any issues or problems as per above.

WE RECOMMEND:

  • Store the trailer under cover or cover the trailer when not in use.
  • Store the trailer with the front end higher than the rear. This allows any water which may enter the trailer to flow freely from the tailgate or if possible drill holes for water to flow out.
  • Should scratches, stone chips, or any areas of concern be noticed, these areas must be ‘touched up’ immediately. Any areas on galvanised trailers, tops and cages that are welded and painted with cold galvanised paint must be touched up regularly.
  • Apply rust preventatives, fisholene or even old sump oil to the underneath of the trailer, inside floor area and all seams, anywhere moisture can sit. This will repel the moisture and add years to the life of the trailer. It is recommended that one repeat this process annually.
  • We recommend that trailers be kept away from salt water, corrosive chemicals and materials.
  • Customer must take general care of the trailer including servicing every 12 months (brakes and bearings servicing every 6 months)
